Reports To: Head of Department – Creative Unit

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our Creative Services Department. This role involves capturing dynamic content, especially in the esports space, and producing high-quality videos for multiple platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual storytelling for our gaming teams and digital channels.

• Event Coverage: Record real-time events for multiple gaming teams including Mobile Legends, eFootball, Valorant, FreeFire, PUBG Mobile, and HOK.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging video content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Video Concepts: Develop creative concepts for vlogs, podcasts, behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, documentaries, and gameplay videos.
• Adaptability: Keep up with current video trends and integrate fresh, engaging ideas into your work.
• Ad-Hoc Events: Be available and flexible to cover events outside standard working hours as needed.
• Editing: Take full ownership of shooting and editing to deliver polished and professional videos.
• Analytics: Monitor content performance across platforms and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand campaigns.
• Working Hours: Standard hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM. On event days, working hours may adjust according to the event schedule, maintaining a total of 9 working hours.
  

• Proven experience in shooting and editing content for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
• Strong understanding of video trends, especially in the digital and esports space.
• Fast and efficient in content production and post-production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and think creatively under tight timelines.
• A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and innovation.
