Job Title: Vice President, Sales (SME Financing)

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and capture new opportunities in the SME market.

As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall lending business objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and potential risks for expansion in the lending sector.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with large organizations, SMEs, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the lending business's reach and enhance product offerings.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
  • Evaluate and onboard new lending products and services to diversify the lending business portfolio.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing business development team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Foster a collaborative work culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10 – 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales management.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue through BD and partnerships (SMEs and B2B Accounts).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of high-performing team management experience.
  • Effective negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyze end-to-end sales cycle performance to inform recommendations in growing top-line and bottom-line numbers.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
