Job description

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee Claims, Subrogation & Recovery (CSR) departments. This role involves ensuring the alignment of claims processing and recovery efforts with the Corporation's objectives, driving efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. The ideal candidate will guide the future direction of our claims and recovery strategy, focusing on processes, monitoring, and alignment with corporate goals. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for guarantee operations that integrate billing management, guarantee monitoring, claims processing, and recovery efforts by implementing a robust system that significantly reduces operational costs, improves recovery rates, and enhances process efficiency.
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies to streamline guarantee operations and improve data analysis capabilities, resulting in more strategic decisions, higher operational efficiency, and a significant reduction in turnaround time.
  • Ensure the alignment of all departmental goals with the overall strategic objectives of the Corporation, to support sustained division growth.
  • Monitor all departmental KPIs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CCRIS guidelines and other financial regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in guarantee operations activities.
  • Streamline operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in all guarantee-related activities.
  • Lead and grow a skilled team in the Guarantee Operations by providing comprehensive training and effective performance evaluations to boost overall team expertise and operational success.
  • Review and approve all departmental reports to ensure they are complete and adhere to corporation standards to support management decision-making.
  • Assume responsibility for other relevant tasks as assigned occasionally.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of related experience in the related field. Knowledge: Finance, Budgeting, Credit, Loan Monitoring and Recovery.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve the department’s goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and collaborating effectively with internal or external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in billing and collections, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Data Leakage Prevention Act, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), etc.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, focusing on continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with emerging financial technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).
