Participate and manage meetings with new vendors, labor, trucking, property, contractors, and suppliers.
Conduct monthly business reviews to ensure smooth operations and adherence to expectations.
Performance Monitoring:
Travel across multiple locations within the SPX Hubs to oversee and ensure vendor performance is on par.
Regularly monitor SLA (Service Level Agreements), KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and other performance metrics.
Operations Mediation:
Act as a mediator between the commercial and operations teams during SPX Operation Reviews, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any operational issues.
Regional Oversight:
Monitor the performance of vendors in both Sabah and Sarawak, ensuring compliance with performance benchmarks and overall satisfaction.
Requirements
Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirements.
Candidates currently based in Sabah are encouraged to apply.
Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous.
At least 2 years of total work experience focusing on logistics operations, warehouse operation, project management, procurement or related fields.
Strong leadership & managerial skills and drive collaboration and synergy across different teams.
Good communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations.
Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment.
Working pattern: 5 days a week.
