Job Description

Agency Hiring Management: Our team oversees daily recruitment requirements, maintains regular communication with vendors and partners to ensure business needs are consistently met.

Contract Management: We are responsible for onboarding new vendors, reviewing and renewing contracts, and collaborating closely with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure contract processes are executed promptly.

Agent Contract Renewal: We conduct monthly assessments with business units to manage agent headcount renewals effectively, ensuring operational continuity.

Reporting & Documentation: We excel in maintaining data accuracy and comprehensive documentation to track essential information efficiently.

Ad-hoc Support: Our services extend to handling diverse tasks including purchase request management, purchase order processing, and overseeing projects and initiatives as they arise.

Requirements

  • This position is a fixed term contract for 1 year.
  • Willing to learn and possess the right motivation and drive for the job.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ideally, have at least 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency or a similar role focusing on stakeholder management and contract administration.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, self-reliance, quick learning ability, meticulous attention to detail, and adept analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing Google tools like Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
