We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations with a focus on recruitment process, expatriate immigration process and tender documentation. You'll collaborate closely with our team to execute initiatives, collect data, and assist with audits. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in both ongoing and upcoming projects, offering valuable exposure to HR operations within our organization.
We are immediately hiring fresh graduates to be our VTS (Velesto Trainee Scheme) Protégé for HR Business Partner under Human Resources, joining us as early in April/May 2025.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in offshore crew recruitment, including sourcing, organizing interviews, and preparing recruitment proposals.
- Manage immigration-related processes, including work permit applications, renewals, and expatriate management.
- Support the tax team with LHDN tax return preparations for the year 2024/2025.
- Prepare HR-related documents for tender submissions.
- Liaise with the Finance department for invoice processing and clearance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduates with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate eager to start immediately, apply HR knowledge, and contribute effectively.
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have internship experience related to HR functions.
- Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment and basic labour laws and compliance.
- Understanding of work permits, visas, and expatriate management (advantage).
- Proficient in English and Malay language.
- Malaysian (Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Age 26 and below.
