Minimum Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Candidates with Diploma/Degree in related fields are also encouraged to apply. Such fields are Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Construction, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics or Engineering.
• Preference would be given to candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Non-Diploma/Degree candidates with at least SPM qualification will also be considered.
• Training will be provided.
• Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Applicants must be prepared to work in Petaling Jaya/ Taman Mayang Jaya.
• Remuneration shall commensurate with experience and qualification.
