Valuation Executive (Junior)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Valuation Executive (Junior) to join our team at KGV INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY CONSULTANTS (JOHOR) SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting detailed property inspections and collecting relevant data for valuation purposes
2. Researching and analysing market trends, comparable sales, and other factors that influence property values
3. Preparing comprehensive valuation reports that accurately reflect the current market value of properties
4. Assisting senior valuation professionals with more complex valuation projects
5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation for all valuation work undertaken
6. Continuously staying up-to-date with changes in the real estate and property valuation industries

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, or a related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property valuation or a related role
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant data
4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate reports
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
6. Proficient in using property valuation software and other relevant tools
7. Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations in Johor Bahru
