UX/UI Designer

Job Description

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather and assess user requirements
• Express design concepts through storyboard, process flow, and sitemaps
• Design various UI elements, including input controls, navigational components, and informational elements
• Present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and resolve UX issues, focusing on responsiveness
• Ensure adherence to style standards for typography and graphic design
• Offer guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities for analyzing and predicting user behavior
• Integrate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to improve user experience
• Effectively communicate findings, ideas, detailed design, and design rationale verbally and through execution

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Upper Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• One year of experience preferred; however, fresh graduates with a strong knack for design are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in creating storyboards and site mapping
• Preferred experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong multitasking and time management skills with good interpersonal skills
