A Malaysia subsidiary of a Singapore Company with multiple Multimedia Application launched on various countries including Indonesia, Thailand, India, Vietnam and many more. The subsidiary will be focusing on providing operational support to these countries.
Salary Range: RM 6,000 - RM 9,000
Working Location: Jalan Sultan Ismail
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm
Responsibilities
Handle Payroll for the company (Below 50 headcount)
Manage and Maintain Employee Data in the Human Resources System, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
Handle Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including but not limited to account creation for new hires, terminations, internal transfers, etc.
Provide General Administrative Support to the company, including maintenance of office equipment, ordering of office supplies, and replenishing pantry items.
Responsible for Recruitment Projects.
Prepare HR-related Letters and Memos.
Manage Labor Contracts and Employee Filing.
Perform Any Other Ad-hoc Duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of HR experience.
Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin.
Diploma or higher education is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiar with Employment Law, HR policies, and procedures.
Experience in various recruitment and resource management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
