Job Description

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector, focusing on training and manpower supply services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment.
• Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts to secure business deals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify areas for growth and potential risks.
• Reporting: Regularly report on sales progress, client feedback, and market conditions to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, particularly in the oil and gas or manpower supply sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with market research.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet targets and deadlines.
