Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
Set and monitor sales targets for agents, ensuring that team performance meets the agency's growth objectives.
Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor agents, focusing on skills that enhance client acquisition and retention.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support ongoing professional development.
Foster a collaborative and motivating environment, ensuring alignment with company values and standards.
Client Relationship Management
Oversee and manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Develop strategies for customer engagement, loyalty programs, and retention initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure that the agency operates in compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Identify potential risks and implement practices to minimize legal and financial exposure.
Regularly update team members on regulatory changes and best practices in the insurance industry.
Operational Oversight
Manage daily agency operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure smooth workflow and optimize efficiency through effective process management.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, track key performance indicators, and adjust operations to improve productivity.
Marketing & Brand Development
Lead the development and execution of local marketing strategies to enhance the agency’s brand presence.
Organize events, networking opportunities, and community engagement initiatives to generate new leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications in insurance are a plus.
Proven experience in insurance sales, agency management, or a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Knowledge of insurance regulations and risk management principles.
Proficiency in CRM software and other industry-specific tools.
Required languages: Mandarin and English.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as GM in financial institutions like insurance agencies.
