Assist and support branch on all Pre/Post Credit related task.
Provide sales support activities and attend to all credit related functions.
Perform teller/CEA functions as assigned by Line Manager/Supervisor.
Perform day-to-day branch operations functions in accordance with the Bank's standard operational efficiency, while maintaining excellent customer service.
To contribute to activities that will assist the branch to achieve its goals and profitability.
Ensure strict compliance with the Bank’s policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements set by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), including required reporting
Requirements
Diploma holder only
Strong understanding of Credit Admin Knowledge, Banks Operating Guidelines, and Regulatory Requirements
Possess good interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills.
Fluent in English, BM and other language is a definite advantage.
