Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support branch on all Pre/Post Credit related task.
  • Provide sales support activities and attend to all credit related functions.
  • Perform teller/CEA functions as assigned by Line Manager/Supervisor.
  • Perform day-to-day branch operations functions in accordance with the Bank's standard operational efficiency, while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • To contribute to activities that will assist the branch to achieve its goals and profitability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Bank’s policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements set by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), including required reporting

Requirements

  • Diploma holder only
  • Strong understanding of Credit Admin Knowledge, Banks Operating Guidelines, and Regulatory Requirements
  • Possess good interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, BM and other language is a definite advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented and honest
  • Ability to work under pressure and long hours
