Job Title: Unit Head - Direct Sales Team

This role involves leading a team in Johor Bahru, overseeing sales strategies, managing budgets, and recruiting members to drive profits. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales management and strategic planning.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

About the Role

• Supervise a team in selling/promoting Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card products.
• Contribute to marketing strategy planning, campaign development, and key initiatives for the direct sales team.
• Maintain a profit-oriented region by effectively managing the direct sales budget.
• Support recruitment of direct sales team members and participate in the hiring process.
• Monitor and review the team's sales productivity and progress.
• Conduct post-mortem reviews on past direct sales team strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• 3-4 years of direct experience in a Direct Sales Team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Mature thinking.
