About the Programme

As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives that drives growth, innovation and operational excellence.

Rotation 1: Retail Associate

Start your journey on the sales floor, where you’ll become a customer service role model. Dive deep into our processes, handling fitting rooms, deliveries, replenishments, and more. Combined with hands-on experience, you’ll engage in business management workshops and discussions with your COO, setting the foundation for your future success.

Rotation 2: Assistant Store Manager

Step up to the role of Supervisor, where you’ll take on managerial responsibilities. Lead your team, shape daily schedules, provide training, and drive sales together on the shopfloor. You’ll also manage a specific product category for your store, and contribute to our corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Rotation 3: Store Manager

Support UNIQLO in optimizing business performance, design strategic shop floor layouts, and develop store members’ training plans. Your leadership will ensure that the store exceeds expectations daily.

Throughout the programme, you’ll be evaluated on your capabilities, opening doors to leading a multi-million revenue store as its store managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance targets and uphold UNIQLO's standards of services.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency in sales, inventory management and customer service.
• Strategic Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.
• Customer Engagement: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring that each guest received personalized and exceptional service.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data insights to optimize store performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduates from Bachelor's Degree and with the right to work in Malaysia.
• Ready to start as full-time (permanent) from June 2025.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.8 and above.
• Flexible to be relocate and work on weekends, public holidays and various shifts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
• A result-driven mindset and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
