About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and self-motivated UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team. This remote position is open to Malaysian candidates who are passionate about design, have a keen eye for detail, and can deliver high-quality work independently. If you have strong creative abilities and expertise in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Design:
  • Organize, maintain, and update the company’s brand design guidelines.
  • Develop design templates to streamline and improve small-scale project delivery.
  • Complete pending image design and brand-related tasks.
• UI/UX Design:
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and apply insights to improve user experience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to guide development teams.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Maintain design consistency and usability across digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
• Work on both online and offline design projects, ensuring consistency in branding and quality.
• Create design content in advance to support upcoming projects and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma and Illustrator; Photoshop as a secondary skill.
• Design Experience:
  • Proven experience in brand design, including creating brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
  • Skilled in UI design with a strong understanding of user experience principles.
  • Preferably experienced in collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Project Ownership: Capable of independently handling the entire design process, from concept to execution.
• Creativity: Strong creative abilities with a passion for innovative and impactful design.
• Language Skills: Proficient in written Chinese to support design and communication needs.
