Responsibilities

• Design web pages, application design models, and user experience flows.
• Proficiently use common UI design tools for website design and development.
• Research and enhance the usability of web pages.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to collectively create engaging user experiences.
• Proficiently use software such as Figma and others to showcase your creative design skills.
• Conduct user surveys and testing, collect user feedback, and translate it into design improvements.
• Create visual communications to ensure your design is understood by the team.
• Exhibit excellent graphic design skills, including creating posters and banners.

Requirements

• Proficiency in common UI design tools for website design and development.
• Possess relevant UI/UX design certifications or professional qualifications, such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP), etc.
• A strong sense of aesthetics and layout ability.
• Ability to focus on user emotions, understand user behavior and needs, and design outstanding user experiences.
• Capable of conducting user surveys and testing, collecting user feedback, and translating it into design improvements.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
