UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally from concept to implementation, coordinating design activities, evaluating concepts, and implementing changes.
• Apply industry best practices to create intuitive, cohesive interfaces that enhance usability.
• Maintain design guidelines for consistency across platforms and devices.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and propose innovative design solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and conduct user research and testing.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to validate design concepts.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to optimize user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro, AfterEffects) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design.
• Experience with wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Familiarity with web and mobile design standards (e.g., Google Material Design, Apple HIG).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
