We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio and solid experience to lead and elevate our product design efforts. You’ll play a key role in shaping user-centric digital experiences for web applications and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

1. Lead the design of web pages, application models, and user experience flows.
2. Proficiently use UI tools (e.g., Figma) for high-quality design and web development.
3. Research and continuously improve website usability and functionality.
4. Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless and engaging user interfaces.
5. Conduct user research, testing, and translate feedback into actionable design enhancements.
6. Communicate design ideas effectively through visuals, wireframes, and mockups.
7. Create marketing visuals such as posters and banners with strong graphic design skills.
8. Mentor junior designers and provide design guidance within the team.

Requirements

1. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
2. Advanced proficiency in UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
3. Relevant professional certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), Certified UX Professional (CUXP), etc. are an advantage.
4. Strong visual design sense and attention to detail in layout and user interaction.
5. Ability to understand user psychology, behavior, and pain points to drive user-focused solutions.
6. Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
7. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
8. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
