UI/UX Designer

What you'll be doing:

• Champion the UI/UX design and strategies in product development. Understand the product direction and business goals to create a suitable user interface and user experience for the members & coaches.
• Collaborate with the product owners, care delivery, and engineers to gather and evaluate user and coaches’ requirements to create compelling designs for the products.
• Produce and demonstrate high-quality UX solutions through wireframes, visual/graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Develop high-fidelity UI design and tools that clearly illustrate the functionality of the applications.
• Do usability tests from internal and external clients, analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance user experience.
• Revise and update design and documentation based on continuing user testing and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with other key stakeholders (Tech, Care Delivery, Marketing, Business Development [BD], Operations team[Ops]) to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the applications are met.
• Advocate your UI/UX direction with the team and ensure that the solutions are well-designed and aligned with stakeholder expectations and needs.

What a successful candidate looks like:

• Have min 2 years of good experience in cross-platform designing including web and mobile application (iOS & Android).
• Have a strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
• Proficient in a variety of design/prototyping tools such as Sketch and Figma.
• Have working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
• Experienced in handing over design to front-end developers.
• Illustration skill & motion design skills are a plus but not a requirement for this role.
