UI Designer (m/f/d)

Your Roles

As a UI Designer, you will be a key player in shaping the visual direction of our projects. Your main responsibilities include:

• Wireframe Development: Collaborate with UX to design intuitive wireframes to guide the development process.
• High-Fidelity Mockups and Prototypes: Create polished, detailed mockups that bring ideas to life.
• Design System Management: Develop and maintain a modern, cutting-edge design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Asset Creation: Produce high-quality visual assets, illustrations, and images for various platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with German and Malaysian teams, ensuring seamless handovers and communication.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Liaise with marketing and other departments to align design efforts with business goals.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, industry standards, and AI advancements, proactively incorporating them into your work.

Your Profile

• Expertise in Figma: Proven mastery of Figma, including advanced features and collaborative workflows.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs.
• Adobe Suite Proficiency: Professional-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to design challenges.
• Team Player: Flexible, adaptable, and eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Initiative and Curiosity: Self-driven to learn and apply new technologies, tools, and design trends.
