About the Role

The UAS Production Technician is responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, and testing drones, maintaining production and inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety and ISO standards. The role requires technical troubleshooting skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic competency in Microsoft Office. A relevant degree or diploma and a valid driving license are also necessary.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assemble, troubleshoot, and test the drones according to the specifications and procedures.
2. Report and maintain all production and inventory records according to the assigned timeline.
3. Achieve sufficient knowledge of all related drone parts and hardware specifications as per company standards.
4. Maintain good practices in the work area and continue to improve the work processes in compliance with safety.
5. Proficiently develop with other team members.
6. Support any possible integration growth and outdoor activities when needed.
7. Regularly observe and assess customer needs, recommending additional products and services.
8. Understand and comply with ISO knowledge and all ISO requirements and SOP.

About You

1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Aircraft Engineering, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
2. Technical troubleshooting skills.
3. Problem-solving skills.
4. Basic competency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
5. Possess a valid driving license.
6. Physically fit.
