About the Role
The UAS Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for managing and supervising all maintenance activities, evaluating UAS fleet performance, and implementing process improvements. The role involves collaboration with various departments, maintaining safety standards, and enhancing team performance. Required skills include technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, presentation skills, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance. A degree in engineering and relevant certifications are also necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise all repair/maintenance works on all equipment, staffing, and training functions to boost overall performance, efficiency, and quality.
- Assess and evaluate the performance of the UAS fleet in operation (internal and external) using engineering, maintenance, and aviation tools.
- Review, design, and implement processes to achieve continuous improvement in maintenance flow, management, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide feedback on key improvement areas of the products in use.
- Report and communicate with internal corresponding departments on product reliability and warranty processes.
- Discuss and review with internal corresponding departments on the latest adoption of safety procedures.
- Maintain and improve all work records for data acquisition and safekeeping.
- Lead the assessment of reporting subordinates and develop plans to improve the team.
- Support any possible integrations growth.
- Regularly observe and assess customer needs, recommending additional products and services.
- Commit and discharge duties in compliance with ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) Agricultural UAS Operations’ requirements and standards.

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in People and Maintenance segment.
- Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Aviation, or any other engineering discipline.
- Possess a valid Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency - Basic (RCOC-B), RCOC Module 2 (AGR), and any other certifications approved by Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) by CAAM.
