We are seeking an experienced Trust and Family Office Consulting to join our client, a family office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in corporate governance, trust administration, and regulatory compliance. A legal background would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Governance & Compliance: Provide consultation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain corporate records, and oversee statutory filings.
• Trust & Family Office Management: Provide consultation and administrative support for trusts, foundations, and family office structures, ensuring compliance with trust laws and best practices.
• Regulatory & Legal Advisory: Advise on corporate law, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to local and international compliance standards.

Key Requirements

• Experience in Trust & Family Offices: Prior experience in a similar role within a trust company, family office, or legal firm is highly preferred.
• Legal Background Preferred: A law degree or relevant legal experience is a strong advantage.
• Corporate Secretarial Experience: Experience in corporate secretarial roles, ideally with knowledge of listed or private companies.
• Strong Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate laws, trust structures, and financial regulations.
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise with executives, board members, and regulatory authorities professionally.
