Responsibilities

  • Lead the CR Management Team to monitor, assess, and mitigate financial risks effectively.
  • Oversee the management of credit limits and facilities, ensuring alignment with the company’s risk policies and operational needs.
  • Manage and implement the Partner Credit Policy, including conducting RBA scoring assessments for:
  • Prefunding caps for supply and payout partners.
  • Credit limit caps for sending partners.
  • Identify and address risks related to liquidity, credit exposure, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the TR to integrate risk management practices into daily operations.
  • Provide regular reports on credit and risk metrics, including exposure levels and mitigation measures, to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to credit and risk activities.
  • Support the development of strategies and policies to enhance the company’s overall risk management framework.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-time work experience in a treasury-related field, with a preference for experience in Forex & treasury management systems.
  • Experience in the fintech industry or payment industry is an advantage.
  • Experience with cross-border remittance aggregators is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, meticulousness, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of taking ownership.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with others.
  • Pleasant disposition, responsibility, and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A team player who can also work well independently.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is required.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
