Treasury & Analysis Executive

We are seeking a talented Treasury & Analysis Executive to join our dynamic team at GUH Circuit Industry (PG) Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This full-time role will play a crucial part in managing our treasury operations and providing analytical support to drive the company's financial strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Perform month-end and year-end closing for treasury with analytics and reconciliations.
2. Ensure appropriate accounting of treasury related transactions.
3. Monthly Foreign Exchange accounting.
4. Ensure appropriate hedge accounting and review of hedging performance.
5. Establish effective and open working relationships with key counterparts (front and back office).
6. Weekly in/outflow cash forecast.
7. Perform cash analysis; bank related reconciliation and report.
8. Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, accounting standards, corporate governance and other regulatory requirements.
9. Undertake other duties and responsibilities necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the company and the Finance/Account department.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Finance with 3+ years of extensive experience.
2. Computer literate with comprehensive Microsoft Excel knowledge.
3. Good analytical skills.
4. A proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
5. Proficient and attentive to detail and management with minimum supervision and strong work ethic.
