Travel Operation Executive

Job Responsibility

1. Managing ticketing and hotel reservations.
2. Leading and coordinating domestic and international tours.
3. Handling multiple incentive projects, including large groups of up to 300 participants.
4. Working collaboratively with teams to ensure project success and meet deadlines.
5. Developing innovative and impactful solutions for each project to exceed client expectations.
6. Preparing proposals in response to inquiries from the Sales and Project Support teams.
7. Supporting the Sales team with accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
8. Identifying cost-saving opportunities with airlines, restaurants, transportation providers, and accommodations.
9. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure optimal arrangements.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum qualification: Secondary/SPM/'O' Level Diploma.
2. Advanced Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
3. At least two years of experience in the operations department of a travel agency specializing in incentive groups is preferred.
4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (background in Travel & Tourism is advantageous).
5. Proficiency in reservation systems such as Amadeus, airline ticketing systems, or IATA is required.
6. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written) - liaise with clients from China and Hong Kong.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Team-oriented with a youthful and adventurous approach to work.
9. Experience with design tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva is required.
