Job description

At COOSERV TRAVEL TOUR SDN. BHD., we are committed to creating unique travel experiences for our travellers. Now, due to business expansion, we sincerely invite enthusiastic travel customer service professionals with excellent communication skills to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. With professionalism and enthusiasm, provide customers with accurate and detailed travel product information through telephone, email, online chat, and other channels, covering details of travel routes, hotel and accommodation features, transport, and travel arrangements.
  2. Based on customers' individual needs, such as interest preferences, budget constraints, and time planning, carefully tailor suitable travel plans and recommend appropriate travel products and services to help customers enjoy a perfect journey.
  3. Efficiently handle customer booking requests, accurately enter relevant information, work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth booking process, and provide timely feedback to customers on booking progress and results.
  4. Follow up on customer orders, handle order changes, refunds, and other matters appropriately, resolve problems and complaints encountered by customers before, during, and after travelling in a timely manner with keen insight and excellent problem-solving skills, making every effort to maintain customer satisfaction.
  5. Actively collect customer feedback and suggestions, regularly collate and submit relevant reports, provide suggestions for the company's product optimisation and service enhancement, and collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer service system.

Requirements

  1. College degree or above, majoring in tourism management, hotel management, marketing, or related majors is preferred.
  2. Excellent language expression and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers in a clear, cordial, and patient manner; proficiency in English or other foreign languages is a plus.
  3. Have a good sense of service and teamwork spirit, able to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, proactively solve customer problems, and work well with colleagues to achieve work goals.
  4. Strong ability to resist pressure, able to cope with heavy workloads in a structured manner during peak travel seasons or periods of high customer inquiry, while maintaining work accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Skilled in the use of office software and customer service tools, with basic computer operating skills and network knowledge, able to quickly learn and adapt to the company's business systems and operating procedures.
