Transportation, Logistic & Warehouse Supervisor

Education Background: Candidates with a certificate, diploma, or degree in Warehouse Management, or Logistics.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of transportation processes, logistics, and relevant regulations.

Communication: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Flexibility: Ability to perform shift work as required by operational needs.

Software Skills: Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Forklift Operation: Skills in forklift driving and maintenance are a plus.

Logistic Supervisor

Job Requirements:

Education Background: Candidates with a certificate, diploma, or degree in Warehouse Management, or Logistics.

Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.

Communication: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to facilitate effective communication.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of transportation processes, logistics, and relevant regulations. Preferable experience with LMW licensing logistic matters. Familiar with customs clearance requirement activities. Able to make decisions on freight forwarders.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with drivers, carriers/forwarders, and clients.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Software Skills: Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Warehouse Supervisor

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Candidates with a certificate, diploma, or degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or Logistics.

Industry Experience: At least 3-5 years of work experience in manufacturing/warehouse. Experience in supervision of people.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and relevant regulations. Preferable experience with LMW licensing warehouse matters. Able to make decisions and improve warehouse operations.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to facilitate effective communication.

Work Ethic: Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and thrive under pressure.

Proactive Mindset: Resourceful problem-solvers with a proactive approach to challenges.
