Manage the entire transport/linehaul operations of parcels within Malaysia using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement.
Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced.
Dispute resolution within and outside the team.
Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance.
Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Handle first tier complaint management.
Maintenance of in-house vehicles.
