Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the English translation of the daily operation of the factory, organizing and archiving relevant Mandarin and English materials; assisting the factory in daily management and department coordination.
• Ensures high quality and relevancy of translations - Translation is clear, concise, and free of typographical errors.
• Follow up with internal team members or support members to ensure translation meets their needs.
• Communicate between Malaysia and Production/developer team in China.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in any field.
• Working experience in manufacturing is highly desired.
• Confident working alongside at all levels with HQ team, superior and internal parties.
• Initiative with minimal supervision and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa, English, and Mandarin (as need to communicate with Mandarin speaking superiors).
