Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Contract Duration: Until 31st Jan 2026 (via PERSOLKELLY – no extension)
Salary: RM13,300 – RM17,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

About the Role

Are you a Transfer Pricing expert ready to lead complex projects and influence global tax strategy? This role puts you at the forefront of policy management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic transformation initiatives. You'll handle escalated operational issues and be the go-to person for technical guidance and compliance in a shared services environment.

What You'll Do

1. Lead medium-to-high complexity transfer pricing projects
2. Prepare & review transfer pricing documentation
3. Ensure compliance with global & local TP policies
4. Partner with Tax, Finance & external advisors
5. Recommend and implement TP methodologies
6. Manage intercompany agreements
7. Lead communication with in-country advisors
8. Drive continuous improvement in processes & controls
9. Support business transformation and training efforts
10. Keep pace with evolving tax laws & business changes
11. Navigating stakeholder networks across regions & time zones
12. Aligning local requirements with global standards
13. Managing data, systems, and cross-functional processes

Who We’re Looking For

Degree in Economics, Accountancy, or similar (tax qualification a plus!)

6–8 years' solid experience in Transfer Pricing

Big 4 background = added advantage

Familiarity with SAP, IFRS, Power BI & collaboration tools

Analytical thinker with strategic mindset

Preferred Qualities

Proven leadership & team development

Ability to manage risk & propose effective solutions

Experience with benchmarking and policy documentation

Strong command of English (written & spoken)
