Responsibilities:
- Conduct On-the-Job (OJT) and classroom training of restaurant operations & restaurants administration skills for new Management Trainee, Assistant Manager & Restaurant General Manager Level.
- Conduct promotion training and LTO (Limited Time Offer) menu training for both new and existing employees.
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Access employee knowledge and skill.
- Support performance or any training requirement and processes for managers and employees.
- Execute and evaluate training programs, orientation, and personnel development for trainees.
- Conduct Training Excellence Review (TER) audit in the restaurant.
- Custodian of manual and training materials in the library.
- Provide on-site training support for new restaurant openings.
- Responsible for handling the administration of pre & post training programs conducted.
- Support and coordinate with other departments during organizing special events: Townhall, CSC outing, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration & Training / HR Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal and written).
- Candidate with experience in training and development will be an added advantage.
- Dedicated, proactive, responsible, attention to details, and result-oriented.
- Pleasant disposition, self-motivator, a team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong PC skills including good knowledge in using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Canva.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
