The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for the design, delivery, evaluation, and reporting of staff training programmes, as well as providing administrative and operational support to academic staff's enhancement and development initiatives under the Teaching and Educational Development, Centre for Future Learning (CFL) through active engagement with Head Of Schools/Programme Directors.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Preferably Master's Degree in Education, and/or with 2 years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution.
