Trainee Dealer II

Description

1. Actively provide market solutions across different asset classes (FX, interest rates, commodities, investment) to Wholesale Banking clients;
2. Maintain and build high standard of customer service in order to increase Bank’s market presence & franchise;
3. Work closely with relevant business and product partners to market hedging/investment treasury products;
4. Keeping abreast of relevant market and economic events affecting financial markets/prices;
5. Provide timely market information for clients and develop long trusted relationships;
6. Convert client to multi product users and cross sell products;
7. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements;

Job Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in OCBC Bank Malaysia.
2. Undergraduate degree in Finance/Business related or STEM.
3. Required to have strong ability to grasp numerical / technical concepts & adept at operating effectively under pressure.
4. Articulate with good interpersonal & negotiation skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
5. Successful candidate without Global Markets experience will receive necessary on the job training.
6. Successful candidate is expected to pass the Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia Certificate (PKMC) license examination within 1 year of joining GM.
