Trading Administration, Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing inventory data and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Key responsibilities include:

Job Description

• Generating and managing weekly slow-moving stock reports and following up on unfulfilled stock.
• Coordinating stock returns with warehouse teams and collaborating with the Supply Chain (SC) team.
• Providing detailed analysis of inventory reports as requested by management.
• Preparing and submitting top-up order requisitions.
• Daily data entry for cost and price changes, product maintenance, and ensuring accuracy in all entries.
• Uploading predefined product claims on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis.
• Supporting the team in item creation (PLU numbers) and collaborating with buyers to ensure timely and accurate data downloads and maintenance.
• Identifying and correcting data entry errors to maintain database integrity.
• Managing ad hoc daily tasks, including cost price changes, data maintenance, and uploading predefined reports as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or relevant experience.
• Experience in an administrative role or stock control role is preferred.
• Candidate with foundational knowledge or experience in ERP Software (Oracle, SAP, or comparable systems) are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.
• High accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Organized, dependable with strong problem solving and communication abilities.
• Proactively ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
