Job Description :
Manage, monitor stock and orders and follow the workflow to do top-up.
Monitor and trade game currency and game items electronically via emails or systems.
Work closely with Kaleoz Customer Support Associate and Customer Service teams to complete the order in a timely manner.
Check and verify the user ID and nickname during the top-up process.
Accurately records purchase and sale transactions in systems and game currency reports.
Update trader reports daily and submit on time.
Job Requirements :
Possess at least SPM/STPM certificate.
Proficient in English & Mandarin.
No experience is required as training will be provided.
Interest in game development, inquisitive, and proactive to find ways to solve problems.
Basic knowledge of computer skills I.e. using key shortcuts.
Demonstrate initiative to do work effectively.
Comfort working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Able to do routine & repeated work daily.
Open to regularly working weekends and evenings in line with the sports event schedules.
