Trade Manager APAC

Redstone Commodity Search is working with an established trading house in their search for a Sales Trade Manager (Fuels) to join and help develop the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Take charge of the trading houses and 3^rd party sales for the APAC region.
• Provide support to the wider Fuels Trading team.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and market share in international trading.
• Collaborate with other sales offices and other departments, in particular shipping and documentation.
• Forecast sales volumes in line with budgeting and planning.
• Negotiate and present to customers and clients.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in fuel trading.
• Extensive network within the industry, particularly miners, suppliers, and refineries.
• Experience in alternative fuels or fossil fuels would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with international banking, procedures, dry bulk shipping, and ICC 500.
• Fluent English, and proficiency in another Asian language would be an asset.
• Dynamic, goal-oriented, and flexible for overseas travel.
• University level degree, preferably in logistics, engineering, business management, or similar.
