This role is to assist the Trade Claim Senior Executive in the trade claim Commercial functions in the organisation by providing control to the trade spend process and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

Employment type: 1-year contract (open for renewal)

• Check, verify & approve the trade spend claims.
• Manage the accrual true-up adjustment after sales finalization.
• Liaise with the distributors and sales team about trade spend invoices.
• Manage the weekly aging report for trade spend claims.
• Liaise with the AR Team to contra payments or CN with the customers.
• Perform reconciliation on a monthly basis (provision vs utilisation & systems).
• Perform ad hoc tasks if required from management.

Your Team

Skills and Experience

• Possess at least a Degree in the Accounting Finance field.
• Prefer someone with at least 2 years of relevant work experience/account payable experience in the FMCG/retail Industry with finance-related roles.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa.
• General Skills:
• Strategic thinking, initiative, innovative approach, enthusiasm, tenacity, positive attitude, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and Excel is essential.
