Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

1. Monitor top day trade clearance covering markets globally.
2. Perform trade allocations and research any allocation issues with external brokers and internal traders.
3. Monitor Give ups/ins as well as T1 out trades.
4. Respond to queries from Trades and clients and follow up on unallocated top day trades.
5. Manage lifecycle events on Futures and Options.
6. Handle option expirations, early exercise, and assignment requests for all exchanges.
7. Perform open interest and large trader position adjustments at the exchanges with CME FEC and ICE-ECS portals.
8. Ensure all Point Balance and Carry-Broker reconciliations are performed, and breaks are researched and resolved.
9. Perform top day and T1 position closeouts at all exchanges and carry brokers.
10. Manage physical delivery of products such as metals and fixed income.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1. Strong client services experience.
2. 3-5 years experience with futures or cleared swaps.
3. Strong understanding of processes, products, exchanges, and rules.
4. BA/BS degree.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Excellent understanding of operational risk, procedures, and controls.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
