Job Description

Our client is one of the leading companies in the logistics industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Track & Trace Operations Executive to join their growing company. This role will be based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

• The Track & Trace Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the tracking and tracing processes within our logistics operations.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and accurate monitoring of shipments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of tracking and tracing operations.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role with a focus on tracking and tracing operations.
• Willing to work on a rotational/shift basis for Track & Trace Operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
