Tourism Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation and management of the overall travel business to ensure the smooth execution of the company's products and services.
2. Supervise and co-ordinate all kinds of travel programmes of the travel agency to ensure smooth itinerary, transportation, accommodation and other aspects.
3. Maintain good relationship with suppliers and partners to optimise the quality and cost control of travel products.
4. Lead and train the operation team to ensure team members work efficiently and achieve goals.
5. Analyse market trends, adjust and optimise product strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
6. Handle customer feedback and complaints, provide solutions, and improve the company's service quality and brand reputation.
7. Prepare operation reports, track performance and provide operation analysis and improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in tourism management, hotel management, marketing or other related majors.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the tourism industry, with at least 2 years of management experience, familiar with tourism products and market operation.
3. Strong project management skills, able to handle complex issues independently.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills and team leadership, able to lead the team to achieve performance targets.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Strong analytical skills, able to develop operational strategies based on data analysis.
7. Experience in travel industry operation and English language skills are preferred.
