• Responsible for the operation and management of the overall travel business to ensure the smooth execution of the company's products and services.
• Supervise and co-ordinate all kinds of travel programmes of the travel agency to ensure smooth itinerary, transportation, accommodation and other aspects.
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers and partners to optimise the quality and cost control of travel products.
• Lead and train the operation team to ensure team members work efficiently and achieve goals.
• Analyse market trends, adjust and optimise product strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, provide solutions, and improve the company's service quality and brand reputation.
• Prepare operation reports, track performance and provide operation analysis and improvement suggestions.
• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in tourism management, hotel management, marketing or other related majors.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in tourism industry, at least 2 years of management experience, familiar with tourism products and market operation.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills and team leadership, able to lead the team to achieve performance targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, able to develop operational strategies based on data analysis.
• Experience in travel industry operation and English language skills are preferred.
