To deal with the overseas DMC, Accommodation or cruise line principle.
To assist in making bookings in the cruise line booking engine.
To assist in all aspects of tour operations, including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets, ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities.
To assist in doing flight bookings through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber, and Amadeus).
To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentation is properly filed.
Recording orders for all related tour services.
To provide full support for tour package sales and departures.
To educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support.
To participate in all fieldwork, including airport duties and travel fairs.
Job Requirements
At least completed SPM education.
Requires candidates with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the travel industry (preferably in the East Asia region).
Require language(s) (write, read & speak) - English & Mandarin.
Outspoken & soft-spoken person.
Good follow-up skills and highly attentive to inquiries.
Comfortable working with a computer and mobile phone for long hours.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if necessary).
