Your Role
As Total Rewards Specialist – Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APAC & MEA) at Electrolux, you drive and provide support in Total Rewards delivery of annual cycle activities and operational tasks deriving from business requirements for the region. You are an active and collaborative member of our Group Total Rewards Operations team and report to the Total Rewards Business Partner APAC & MEA.

Enhanced Reward Value Proposition
Identify areas of improvement within your scope and contribute to the development of Total Rewards initiatives
Monitor market trends, evaluate reward competitiveness against the market and integrate both external and internal best practices to support business needs
Build network with Total Rewards industry professionals and/or community to obtain market trends and apply them internally
Support benefits review for APAC & MEA region
Designated main point of contact and subject matter expert for Total Rewards projects
Support the effective communication of Total Rewards programs
Innovation & Process Excellence
Support PPs/PBP, Finance, Legal and relevant business units on Total Rewards processes to identify and improve current ways of working
Support the development and simplification of rewards processes from a Continuous Improvement and Digitalization perspective
Interact with local HR Services in the management of reward processes and delivery of effective, customer-focused and qualitative output
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the analysis and implementation of various Total Reward programs.
You are proactive and able to priorities effectively.
You have attention to details and operate well in a fast-paced business environment.
You have the ability to communicate in a dynamic, international environment in a matrix organization.
You have strong personal integrity and capability in dealing with highly confidential information.
Minimum Requirements
Min 5 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, added advantage for exposure in Asia Pacific or Southeast Asia region
Experience in an international rewards context – general knowledge of compensation and benefit practices and policies
Experience in market data analysis & interpretation (Mercer, Korn Ferry)
Relevant University degree in Finance, Statistics, HR or Business Administration
Strong data mining, analytical skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant statistical / data analytics tool
Able to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and bias for action

Cross-Collaborator: Build credibility; Collaborate effectively
HR Innovator & Integrator: Exhibit knowledge of core Rewards processes; leverage HR knowledge to drive simplification and continuous improvements
