Description

Primary Objective: To coordinate Management/Department projects/initiatives/enhancements for Malaysia and Regional IB Operations in improvement of process workflow for better turnaround time, provide better services to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate Management/Department projects/initiatives/enhancements for IB Securities Operation, IB Credit Control and Regional Offices in improvement of process workflow for better turnaround time, provide better services to internal and external customers.
2. Prepare process mapping and provide analysis for process improvement.
3. Propose and provide suggestions on the to-be process to deliver measurable and quantifiable process efficiency.
4. Organize, coordinate and participate in projects/initiatives/enhancements discussions with stakeholders.
5. Monitor and follow up with stakeholders on milestones, progress, and implementation timeline.
6. Manage projects/initiatives/enhancements to complete within stipulated timeline, in a cost-efficient manner and achieve objectives.
7. Attend stakeholders’ feedback/issues on projects/initiatives/enhancements related matters.
8. Prepare projects/initiatives/enhancements updates to Management and stakeholders periodically.
9. Organize regular/ad-hoc meetings with Circles/Regional Offices and prepare meeting minutes/notes.
10. Adhoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance/Statistics/Project Management or equivalent professional qualifications.
2. Experience in related Financial Services Industries and/or Project Management.
3. Proficiency in MS Office tools i.e. Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
4. Analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
5. Positive and open-minded.
6. Conceptualisation and articulation.
7. Business writing and presentation skills.
8. Corporate communication.
