Tiktok Video and Graphic Executive (Tiktok, Shopee, Facebook, IG)

Responsibilities:

1. Understand social media content with the team: refer, discuss, and edit video or marketing content.
2. Understand video/photo shooting: coordinate video or photo shooting by the team according to marketing content to edit.
3. Video/photo editing: edit video or photo using applications to publish on marketplaces and social media.
4. Social media marketing: create, post, and manage Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc. marketing.
5. Marketplace marketing: create, edit, post, or manage postings on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada shop.
6. Digital marketing: learn and explore future digital/social media marketing.

Compensation:

Basic + Commission (if applicable) + Group Incentive. Salary range: RM2,800 - RM6,000 depending on performance.

Requirements:

1. At least two years of experience in related fields.
2. Knowledge or interest in photo, video, web marketing, media marketing, live video, and video editing.
3. Able to handle related marketing research, online platform sales, and marketing.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve company goals.
5. Experience with online selling platforms like Lazada.my, Shopee, 1688.my, Taobao, or other online selling websites.

KPI Growth Challenges:

• Video quality and audience views.
• Graphic creation for eCommerce or marketing purposes.
• Adaptation to media trends and creativity.
