About the Role

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team to build an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem for our users and brands. In this role, you will be responsible for TikTok Shop's user segmentation strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and formulating growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Malaysia TikTok Shop's channel operations, including Flash Sale channel and Mall channel.
• Design strategies for key channels, benchmark against comparable platforms (e.g., Douyin and Shopee), define value propositions, design key target metrics frameworks, and create execution roadmaps to achieve targets.
• Facilitate cross-functional communications to secure understanding and support for our strategy.
• Manage tactical design and execution of assortment strategy, subsidy strategy, marketing strategy, and daily operations of key channels.
• Manage a sizeable channel operation budget.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of working experience in the e-commerce industry, with a preference for channel operations or related fields.
• Proficient in data analytics; mastery of Excel-based analysis is a must, and proficiency with SQL is preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in executive presentation of high-stake projects.
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges in dynamic environments.
• Open to flexible working arrangements and business travel.
