About the Team

The Governance and Experience team builds a safe and trustworthy marketplace for users and partners. We value user experience and work on policies and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for passionate talents to help build an innovative, secure, and intuitive commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure selling partners have a seamless experience on the platform, ramping up quickly and sustaining good health and performance.
  • Manage in-house Quality Assurance and Training PMs and Category Operations Managers for quality and delivery of business results.
  • Manage BPO suppliers to provide world-class onboarding support and safeguard partner growth.
  • Develop service quality strategies for contact centers (BPOs) and help drive strategic partnerships.
  • Align company priorities with day-to-day operations and lead growth initiatives for long-term success.
  • Analyze business performance and support preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews.
  • Define and build organizational capabilities for operational efficiencies.
  • Manage all critical escalations within the market.
  • Collaborate with other service delivery leaders to identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in eCommerce or marketplace platforms.
  • Proven experience in in-house Customer Operations and vendor management.
  • 3+ years of Team Leadership Experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders using data to generate insights.
  • Ability to function independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguity.
