About the Team: Welcome to our FMCG team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impact on the growth of merchants by acquiring and helping sellers succeed on the platform, as well as providing the best customer experience through excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of category account managers and operations.
• Assist category leader in defining and executing business development opportunities and category growth strategy.
• Identify and conduct category data analysis, gap analysis, and solutioning.
• Drive relevant category special projects and improve sellers/buyers’ experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants.
• Prior experience in team management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior working experience in eCommerce, business development, and/or strategy roles.
